2nd Annual ILANP Conference

2nd Annual ILANP Conference set for October 11th and 12th – the culmination of
National Naturopathic Medicine Week.
This year, the ILANP has partnered with the American Nutrition Association and the burgeoning Midwest Naturopathic Physicians Association to put on a great 2 day event. Thirteen continuing education credits for NDs, DCs, and CNSs are being offered.
This year’s Keynote Speakers include Dr. Mona Morstein and Dr. Eric Yarnell. The conference theme is “Naturopathic and Nutritional Approaches to Gastrointestinal Disorders”.
We are returning to National University of Health Science’s campus for this year’s conference. NUHS is the most recently accredited Naturopathic Medical School and the only one located in the Midwest. NUHS’s postgraduate education department will be certifying CEUs for both NDs and DCs.
The newly formed Midwest Naturopathic Physicians Association is a collaboration of the Naturopathic State Associations in the Midwest. The goals of this group will be to work together in holding an annual conference to provide continuing medical education, as well as to support the state associations in promoting and establishing naturopathic medicine in the Midwest. The coalition hopes to ultimately include all Midwest states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio South Dakota and Wisconsin.
