Dr. Bretz taught gastro-intestinal physiology and endocrinology at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is also on the advisory board for Ferring Pharmaceuticals’ natural health care products and is the president of the University of Guelph College of Biological Science Alumni Association.
