A solid grasp of the “actions” of herbs is foundational to using herbs effectively. Dr. Stansbury will help beginning herbal clinicians develop their working lists of the best anti-microbials for various tissues, the best anti-spasmodics for various tissues, the best nervines, vulneraries, carminatives and so on.
