Bastyr University and its teaching clinic Bastyr Center for Natural Health are proud to present “Living Naturally: Conversations on Health and Happiness with Bastyr Experts” — a free series of talks with accomplished Bastyr faculty members. Each conversation will take place at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle and feature an audience Q&A session. Come learn from our experts and discuss what health and happiness mean to you.

The series continues Saturday, November 13, with a conversation about “Food and Mood” with Bastyr University faculty experts Dan Rosen, PhD, Christy Hofsess, PhD, and Eliza Carlson, MS,CN. Lack of energy, mood swings and cravings are challenges for many people. Please join us for a lecture and workshop as we discover how eating patterns affect emotional health. Learn which nutrients are essential in regulating health and wellness, and how mindfulness supports optimal well-being.
