This series is led by chef Abby Fammartino and naturopathic physician Dr. Cora Forstén.

Our “Little Tikes” Cooking Class series is designed for children ages 5-8 yrs. old, and is a parent-child class where everything is hands on! Kids will get their hands dirty measuring, playing and making food that enhances brain development and stimulates learning. Parents will leave with a greater understanding of how foods affect children’s attention, mood, sleep and energy all the while exploring how to make food fun and exciting for kids.

Recipes are 100% gluten, dairy and soy free recipes for eaters big and small – omnivore and vegan options for all recipes
