Hands on cooking with Chef Abby Fammartino! Learn the art and pleasure of cooking from scratch using whole food ingredients and techniques inspired by the healthful Mediterranean diet. All recipes are naturally free of gluten, dairy and soy, with vegan and omnivore options to please any palate. Fun, engaging classes that end in a celebratory meal!

Recipes Include:

Wild Fish en Papillote with Fennel and Lemon, Spring Pea Soup with Fried Pea Shoots, Chickpea Croquettes with Lemon “Crème Fraiche”, Asparagus and Chive Bundles, Genoise Almond Cake (menu ingredients subject to seasonal availability)
