Join the Food as Medicine Institute as we welcome Sally Fallon Morrell, MA, and founder of the Weston. A. Price Foundation as she speaks on Nourishing Traditional Diets, the Key to Vibrant Health as our key note speaker for the day.
Sally Fallon is the author of the book Nourishing Traditions, a cookbook that changed the face of how we view traditional diets.
Beyond this exclusive opportunity to hear from our esteemed guest, the day will include other lectures (to be confirmed) as well as a Food as Medicine Marketplace with some of your favorite local brands. Check out last year’s program and see the Marketplace from the 2nd Annual Symposium in 2015.
