NUHS: 2018 Nutrition Conference

The 2018 Nutrition Conference is the first of its kind to provide health care practitioners, students, and patients with information about various food movements in nutrition, and specifically, how to implement these food diets or strategies with success. This conference will emphasize the role GMOs play in our food source; discuss Ketogenic, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy free diets; and look at fasting and HCG.
Learn about the princples of the Ketogenic Diet from its co-founder Dr. Steve Phinney; apply concepts of the Paleo diet from Drs. Sarah Ballaytne, Sara Gottfried, and Thomas O’Bryan; see how GMO’s impact our food with Dr. Zach Bush; and discover how to match your nutrition to exercise bioenergetics from top researcher in sport nutrtion, Dr. Mike T. Nelson.
