Passed appetizer: smoked salmon deviled eggs
Salad: shaved Brussels sprouts, kale and apples with apple cider vinaigrette and candied ginger
Entrée: herb roasted turkey breast with miso mushroom jus and coconut roasted red kuri squash
Dessert: baked apple crisp with chai whipped cream
Enjoy a small-plate, four-course meal with cooking demonstrations by Ryan Morgan, Executive Chef, Bon Appetit at OMSI and nutritional information from Dr. Julie Briley, ND of NCNM.
