Second Annual Food as Medicine Symposium: Healing with Foods at Home

Join the Food as Medicine Institute in a day-long, exciting event, and learn about the specific diets used to prevent and treat disease, as well as meet local companies to create and promote optimal nutrition.

This event will have various hour-long lectures led by Naturopaths and Chinese Medicine Practitioners, a hot farm-to-table catered lunch, goodie bags and swag as well as a Food as Medicine Marketplace with over 20 local companies sampling their products and support the message. Finally the day will end with a hosted reception in the marketplace with kombucha and other hosted beverages and snacks.
