Emerson Ecologics has obtained licenses to distribute prescription and injectable therapy products in 42 states. Emerson also confirmed that they will be submitting applications in the remaining states, with the ultimate goal to have all state licensures by the end of 2014. In addition to obtaining licenses to sell to qualified healthcare practitioners in each state, Emerson Ecologics has made additional upgrades to its Virginia distribution center to accommodate the distribution of such products and to obtain licensing by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
