Razi Ann Berry — Founder and Publisher
Razi Ann Berry co-founded Naturopathic Doctor News & Review (NDNR) in 2005 with Dr. David Tallman and serves as its Founder and Publisher. She has led NDNR’s mission for two decades, building one of the largest clinical case-report archives and establishing the journal as a key resource in naturopathic and integrative medicine. As Publisher, she has produced continuing education programs, summits, multimedia education, and the annual Physician’s Choice Awards. Razi’s leadership has been recognized with multiple industry honors including AANP Champion of Naturopathic Medicine and Mindshare Rising Tide and Best Digital Media awards.
David Tallman, DC, ND — Co-Founder
Dr. David A. Tallman co-founded NDNR with Razi Ann Berry in 2005 and is a board-certified naturopathic physician with a background in chiropractic and naturopathic medicine. He has shaped the journal’s clinical focus and continues supporting NDNR’s role as a forum for evidence-informed natural medicine and practitioner-led education. Outside publishing, Dr. Tallman has clinical experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic care and in advancing naturopathic approaches to patient management.
Kareem Kandil, MD, ND — Medical Director
Dr. Kareem Kandil serves as Medical Director of NDNR. He is a licensed naturopathic physician (ND) and trained medical doctor (MD) with extensive clinical experience across natural and integrative medicine. As Medical Director, Dr. Kandil curates high-quality, clinically relevant content to empower naturopathic physicians, fosters inclusive professional discourse, and helps ensure NDNR remains at the forefront of scholarship, leadership, and innovation in natural and functional medicine.
Natasha McCleay, ND — Medical Editor
Dr. Natasha McCleay is Medical Editor for NDNR. She holds a doctoral degree in naturopathic medicine and brings clinical experience and editorial oversight to NDNR’s content, helping shape and refine clinical articles, case reports, and educational material for the journal’s readership of naturopathic and integrative health professionals.
Node Smith, ND — Associate Editor
Dr. Node Smith serves as Associate Editor at NDNR and contributes to the review and selection of editorial content. With training as a naturopathic physician, Dr. Smith supports NDNR’s mission by assisting with editorial curation, peer review, and ensuring the quality and utility of clinical and professional content published for the naturopathic community.
