Doc's Diet Diary for iPhone and Android Smart Phones by David Hogg, ND

San Jose, CA (June 28, 2013) – The free app, Doc’s Diet Diary, is the best way for your patients to keep track of their diet and symptoms together. No longer do patients need to keep a pen and paper handy.  They can now record their diet and symptoms while out and about on their phone, since most patients carry their phones around with them. Patients then email the report from their phone directly to you, their doctor.

Doc’s Diet Diary was created after seeing a patient try to send me their diary from the smart phone unsuccessfully. This was the inspiration, and intention is to keep it a free app.

For Naturopathic and other natural health professionals, Doc’s Diet Diary is the absolute best diet diary for iPhone and Android. Take charge of your patients health by tracking the foods they eat every day along with their health symptoms. Doc’s Diet Diary records the date and time of each meal as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and drink, and most importantly, their symptoms. Patients can then email their report directly from their phone to you as a pdf or csv file.

Doc’s Baby Diary and Doc’s Diabetes Diary applications are also now available.
