On average we take 24,000 breaths per day. Breathing, one of the most essential of our body’s functions,
holds the key to establishing health and wellness. Through functional breathing we can often restore balance
to the entire body and mind. Breath retraining has been shown to efficiently and safely reduce blood pressure,
improve sleep, regulate hormones, create mental alertness, help with focus, as well as decrease stress.
