Local farmers and Oregon-grown ingredients, this Better Bites Class highlights some of these treasures with a demo by Chef de Cuisine, Chris Starkus of Urban Farmer and a discussion on the nutritional benefits beautifully paired with Dr. Cory Szybala, ND.
Enjoy a small-plate, four-course meal and complimentary beverages throughout the evening in this intimate class.
