I experienced my first Covid symptoms (low grade fever and tight chest) in early March along with hundreds of other people in our mountain community, including our two kids, ages 14 and 16.  So little was known about the virus at the time and we were in the top 6 most affected counties in the country!  I used naturopathic therapies including rest, sunlight, fluids, hydrotherapy, herbs, vitamins and minerals during my illness and helped hundreds of others to do the same.  I am now working with many long haulers on their journey to full recovery.  From lingering neuropathy, Covid brain, chronic fatigue, myalgia, dermatitis, continued loss of taste or smell, to other long term effects -patients are slowly but surely making their way back to 100%.  I have also been participating in antibody testing and studies since April 1st.  I will share my story personally and professionally and take questions.  I expect the presentation to be dynamic and I hope that my experience will be helpful to you.
