We regret to inform you of the passing of Dr. Susan Plourde, ND, on Sunday, July 3, 2011. Dr. Plourde graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine returning to her roots to practice in PEI. Susan was very involved in the profession on the Island, serving a term as the president of the Prince Edward Island Association of Naturopathic Doctors (PEIAND).
At her home on Sunday, Dr. Susan Maureen Plourde passed away in North Wiltshire at the age 43 years. Beloved wife of Brian Dunn. Dear mother of Luc, Connor and Grace Dunn. Daughter of Lucien (deceased) and Carmen Plourde. Sister of Rheo Plourde, Patsy Cyr (David), Nicole Lunn (Michael) and Michel Plourde. Daughter-in-law of Tom and Joanne Dunn. Lovingly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Association of Charlottetown.
