Mindfulness Meditation: The Best of Times is Now

This interactive transformational workshop offers guided meditation instruction and practice, lecture, discussion, sharing and group support under the guidance of an experienced mindfulness meditation teacher. Learn mind-body skills of meditation, relaxation, stress reduction, and attitudinal healing perspectives from the context of Buddhist psychology and teachings. The class will focus on learning to live life mindfully in the present moment…finding joy, peace, happiness and serenity in the midst of daily life’s inevitable ups and downs. Cultivate wisdom, loving kindness and compassion, and healing intentions and qualities of being. There will be a 45-minute lunch break. Please bring your lunch.
