In this seminar you’ll learn how to identify your unique mind-body type. Discover how to balance your unique weight metabolism using healthy nutrition, natural herbs, physical activity and lifestyle. During the seminar you’ll also practice simple self-massage, breathing techniques and yoga postures to maintain a healthy weight without going on crash diets or harsh drugs. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. This seminar is appropriate for the person who is addressing their own weight issues or healthcare practitioners who wish to use these techniques with their patients.

Upon completion of the seminar you will be able to:

  • Define at least three Ayurvedic mind-body types.
  • Identify a person’s Ayurvedic mind-body type.
  • Describe a person’s unique weight metabolism.
  • Describe how to use herbs and nutrition to balance a person’s weight metabolism.
  • Describe at least three elements of a healthy lifestyle to balance a person’s weight metabolism.
