"Free" Gentle Yoga Class

Try the new Gentle Yoga Class for free on Monday November 19th at 4:00 pm!
The Gentle Yoga class is ideal for those who wish to increase their flexibility and strength and reduce stress through yoga but who may have some physical limitations or require a less strenuous class.
For any yoga class:
Please wear shorts or footless tights, have bare feet and an empty stomach.
