Hatha Yoga – Beginner/Intermediate

Hatha yoga is an art as well as a science. With this combination the elements of mind, body, and spirit are brought into balance. Through the concentration on breath work (pranayama) and the focus on postures (asana), Hatha yoga unfolds as a powerful means towards self-discovery and personal fitness. Each individual is encouraged to begin at his or her own level of comfort, since this class serves as an introduction for beginners as well as a practice enhancer for more experienced yogis! Yoga blocks and mats provided; wear comfortable clothing.
