Online Courses for Health Care Professionals presented by: James M. Greenblatt, MD

A pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, James M. Greenblatt, MD, has devoted his career to educating colleagues, clinicians, and patients how integrative medicine can have profound effects in the treatment mental illness.

Dr. Greenblatt has published numerous books sharing his clinical experience in treating complex mood and eating disorders utilizing an integrative approach in psychiatry.

 

Course registrants will participate in live online presentations and receive access to recorded archives for each module. A downloadable PDF syllabus is included with each course.

ADHD:

This Course consists of three modules designed to provide health care professionals with a framework for integrating nutritional diagnosis and treatment in the clinical management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Evidence-based interventions focused on dietary macronutrient balance, micronutrient supplementation, and environmental considerations will be presented.

Module presentation dates: January 18; 25; and February 1, 2018

Depression:

This course consists of four modules designed to provide health care professionals with a framework for integrating nutritional diagnosis and treatment in the clinical management of Depression. Evidence-based interventions focused on inflammation, the microbiome, dietary macronutrient balance, micronutrient supplementation for supporting methylation, and drug-induced nutrient depletion will be presented.

Module presentation dates: March 1; 8; 15; and 22, 2018

Schizophrenia and Psychosis:

This course consists of six modules designed to provide health care professionals with a framework for integrating nutritional diagnosis and treatment in the clinical management of Schizophrenia. Abram Hoffer’s ground-breaking work in orthomolecular medicine and the use of vitamin therapy for improved treatment outcomes will be presented, along with current literature supporting an understanding of viable biochemical and lifestyle interventions.

Module presentation dates: May 3; 10; 17; 24; 31; and June 7, 2018
