In partnership with OMSI, join Dr. Cory Szybala for an evening lecture at the monthly event OMSI After Dark.
This will include a brief overview of the basics (Sugars 101) followed by the physiology and biochemistry associated with the consumption and breakdown of different sugars, their potential for causing disease and finally how to make healthier choices.
