CNDA Live Webinars – Best Practices
Here at the CNDA, we understand that some doctors prefer to wait until the day of to register for our live webinars, and sometimes even register a few minutes before we start! We would like to point out that GoToWebinar is always upgrading their software, and so it really is to your advantage if you can register early and test your connection because their upgrade may not work with your previous version. We especially recommend that you log onto the webinar at least 20 minutes early to make sure all kinks are figured out before we begin. If you have problems connecting, try rebooting your computer and starting over. Poor audio quality is usually due to a slow Internet connection and/or a wireless a connection to the Internet, and therefore we recommend a hardwire connection to the Internet via an Ethernet cable, or at least to sit close to the wireless router. To recap: Please register early, test your connection, log on 20 minutes before we start, reboot your computer if it isn’t connecting and be close to your wireless router if you are connecting wirelessly.
