If you are ready to improve your health, lower your risk of chronic disease and increase vitality, join this life-changing experience. The medical literature confirms that eating a plant-based diet (low-fat vegan) not only reduces weight, it also lowers one’s risk for heart disease, cancer and other chronic diseases. In this course, participants will learn important research on the relationship on diet and disease, share delicious recipes and exciting menus, discuss successful dining out and shopping strategies, and gain insights on how to replace addictive food habits with those that promote health.
If you’ve seen photos showing President Bill Clinton’s weight loss and read about his heart-healthy diet, you’ve seen a plant-based diet success story. Watch an interview with President Clinton here.
