Traditional Roots Institute: Introduction to Herbal Mixology

In this fun introductory class we will discuss the historical role that herbal medicine played in the development of cocktails and tonic. After outlining three major herbal drink categories we will taste and enjoy an herbal bitter, a superfruit-based vinegar shrub and an herbal liqueur.
