Summertime is generally fun-time with outdoor recreation, barbeques, and the much-anticipated family picnics. With increased exposure to solar radiation, heat, and physical exertion as we recreate, supporting the body is vital. We are also around friends and family for those summer get-togethers that increase our immune and gastrointestinal exposures.
As clinicians, we know that skin damage has a cascading effect with accelerating aging and injury to cellular integrity. We will review essential summertime tips to incorporate into your summer wellness protocols to empower and help safeguard your patients and yourself.
Join me for a lively and engaging look at where science and clinical insights meet to protect the body as a whole.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- Harnessing tissue energetics for repair and rejuvenation
- Summertime heat a look at physiological safeguards
- Nutrients needed for skin-solar exposure
- Mitigating burden on liver and kidney when having too much fun
- Philosophical discussion around what summer tells us about our daily lives
