Registration includes lunch and all classes for the day.

Yoga and movement for women’s health: learn from a certified yoga practitioner specific exercises to incorporate daily to improve your energy and help you feel better.

Food as medicine: learn a simple, hands-on recipe in our kitchen to help you start selecting and cooking delicious, nutritious whole-foods at home.

Home remedies for women’s health: learn a few nature cure therapies that you can do at home, like hydrotherapy, nasal lavage and other methods, to help relieve hormone symptoms and balance naturally.
