As per our bylaws, we are informing you a minimum of 10 days in advance that we will hold our annual meeting via electronic means (via email), and that at the meeting we will have our election for our Board of Directors.

The meeting will take place electronically between Thursday, April 6th and Sunday, April 19. You will receive instructions on April 6th with how to cast your vote electronically for the BOD candidates. Please watch for our instructions that you will receive on April 6th, and of course, vote! Thank you!
