Hands on fooking with Chef Abby Fammartino! Learn the art and pleasure of cooking from scratch using whole food ingredients and techniques inspired by the healthful Mediterranean diet. All recipes are naturally free of gluten, dairy and soy, with vegan and omnivore options to please any palate. Fun, engaging classes that end in a celebratory meal!

Recipes Include

Tortilla Espanola with Arugula, Wild Greens and Fennel Salad, Papas Bravas Rutabaga with Garlic Aioli, Local Lamb Meatballs with Romesco Sauce, Coconut Flan (menu ingredients subject to seasonal availability)
