According to World Health Organization, cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women worldwide. Cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) can uniquely detect early, treatable changes due to the conditions that kill women like high blood pressure and coronary disease.

To delve deeper into the science behind these facts, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) will present an Outreach CME Plenary Session, focusing on how CMR can help save lives and improve cardiovascular health for women. The outreach spans two sessions on Friday evening, January 29 at 6:30 pm and Saturday morning, January 30 at 8:50 am. The meeting will be taking place at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA.
