An ECO Project Cooking Workshop
 
A 12-week healthy cooking class in our brand new teaching kitchen!
 
Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
September 26 – December 12, 2012
 
The ECO (Ending Childhood Obesity) Project’s
Cooking in Charlee’s Kitchen is a series of twelve weekly workshops that demonstrate simple techniques for selecting and cooking tasty, nutritious whole foods
and teach how these foods can improve health and fitness. A delicious meal will be created and enjoyed at each workshop.

The instructor is a Naturopathic Physician who welcomes questions about naturopathic medicine and how nutrition relates to health.
 
$199 for 12 weeks
Introductory Pricing extended through Sept 24th
($240 after 9/24)
Proceeds from this class support community-based ECO Project workshops for low-income families. Class to be taken as a series. Sorry no drop-ins.
