Herbal Safety – Potential Drug Interactions and Side Effects by Tieraona Low Dog Integrating Herbal Medicine into Medical Practice

May 22, 2013 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Throughout the year AARM will be offering monthly CME webinars on the basics of herbalism, integrative approaches for specific conditions, and the latest research on herbal medicines. Herbal medicines can be powerful therapies, yet are less likely to promote side effects or be toxic to the body, and in fact, in many cases are nourishing and help restore normal physiology.  Our classes will include several basic courses that will provide attendees with a strong foundation in herbal medicine, such as chemical constituent classes, classes covering the basic actions of herbs, and an expert focus on herb-drug interactions. For naturopathic doctors this series provides an updated review with the latest research and will include more advanced classes on topics such as adrenal disorders, thyroid dysfunction, cardiovascular disorders, and complex endocrine disorders such as PCOS.  Refine your abilities and answer your clinical questions with seasoned herbal experts.

NDNR readers can save $100 off series price by using coupon code NDNR100.
