New Year's Health Resolutions: Making Diet and Lifestyle Changes Stick

January 9, 2014

The beginning of a new year marks the time when we all set certain resolutions for ourselves to maintain for that upcoming year.  Whether it be losing weight, eating healthier, exercising more, quitting smoking, etc., these goals are set with the expectation that they will be reached.  More often than not however, that never ends up being the case.

Attend this free information session to learn how naturopathic medicine can help you stick to your goals this year.

Please note this session begins at 6:30 p.m.

CCNM is a fragrance-free environment. Due to health concerns arising from exposure to scented products, CCNM is committed to providing a fragrance-free environment to all employees, students, residents, patients and visitors. Fragrances are defined as any product that produces a scent strong enough to be perceptible by others, including but not limited to cologne, after shave lotion, perfume, perfumed hand lotion, fragranced hair products, scented oils and/or similar products.

In addition, we have also moved to a paid parking system. Please be sure to pay for your parking before entering the building.
