How does supporting naturopathic medicine relate to your company culture?

RF is focused on philanthropy, physician education, and providing superior quality ingredients.

Approximately 95% of our botanical extracts are certified organic or wildcrafted, and in some cases we utilize farmers that grow herbs exclusively for RF. True to the foundation to naturopathic medicine, RF is one of the few manufacturers that utilizes eclectic herbal medicine to preserve traditional use of efficacious herbs, such as lily of the valley, rauwolfia and blue iris. Many manufacturers shy away from these potent and effective herbs. Without companies such as RF, the traditional use of these herbs would be lost. RF offers therapeutic doses, highly concentrated extracts and optimal forms of nutrients, particularly in the Px formulas, to give patients rapid results.

“Physician as teacher” is core to naturopathy, so to help serve physicians, RF invested heavily in educational materials in our educational library, including monographs, videos from medical experts, and published articles from the Journal of Restorative Medicine. RF is also a long-standing platinum sponsor of the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine (AARM) annual conference, which offers over 30 CE credits, with almost half of those qualifying as pharmacology credits.

Ten percent of RF net profits go to non-profit groups such as Earthjustice, Carbon Offsets To Alleviate Poverty (COTAP) and The Center for Health, Environment and Justice (CHEJ). We donate over 1000 bottles of RF products annually to clinics in Ecuador and to the Naturopathic Haiti Relief fund, plus provide money to pay for delivery of goods.
